Shipping & Returns

We are a small but dedicated crew at Twigs Falmouth.  We will do our best to ship your order within 3 business days but sometimes the packages need a little extra care, so please be patient.  All items purchased on our online store will be shipped via USPS and you will receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped. 

We hope that you will be thrilled with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. To return merchandise to Twigs of Falmouth, please follow the instructions below:

Please email our customer service team through our CUSTOMER SUPPORT page and put the word RETURNS in the subject field.  You will need to provide your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return.

Please include your Name, Address and Email and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.  When the returned merchandise has been received back in our store, we will process your transaction as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund or exchange has been fulfilled. Payment for returned goods will be refunded to the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for the credit to appear on their customers’ records.

Please note that delivery charges are not refundable unless specifically authorized. The customer remains responsible for both outgoing and incoming shipping costs.

All sales are FINAL on special orders.

Please return the item(s) to Online Returns, 178 Main Street, Falmouth, MA 02540. Please repack item(s) in original packaging and properly secured.

In the event that your package arrives to you with shipping damage, retain all original packing materials and cartons and send photograph of damage to info@twigsfalmouth.com.  We will be happy to replace any damaged items.
